Re: Stone Ridge 4th Filing, Phase Two, Final P.U.D.
Dear Ted,
In reference to your April 11, 1996 staff comments, we offer the following responses:
A. - E. These items are being addressed on the Plat.
2. A note with this language has been added to the Landscape Plan.
3. The easements along the private drive have been increased to a full 13' width from the
back of curb.
4. Landscape categories have been added to the Landscape Plan.
5. A sidewalk connection is not desirable in this area since one will be connecting south to
Horsetooth Road. In addition, a drainage swale will have to be crossed, adding expense.
6. Typical setbacks have been added to the Land Use Breakdown.
7. The front yard setback is 20', allowing a 20' long driveway.
8. O.K.
