Dear Kirsten,
In reference to your March 25, 1994 staff comments, we offer the following responses:

6. RBD is correcting the plat.

8. Cornerstone Drive has been changed to Swanstone Drive. The applicant has
discussed street names with staff and it has been determined it is appropriate to
end Swanstone Drive south of the intersection of Fieldstone andAiUater.stoae. '
9. RBD will correct this item.
10. RBD will coordinate these issues with Light and Power and make the necessary
modifications.
11. A building envelope and dimensions for setbacks have been added to the site
plan.
12. O.K., developer will coordinate this at time of construction.
13. O.K., developer will coordinate this at time of construction.
14. Fire hydrants have been added to the site plan.
15. O.K., the overall density of the O.D.P. is a minimum of 3.0 d.u./acre. Please refer
to attached Planning Objectives for Stone Ridge P.U.D. Fourth Filing for
breakdown by Filing.
