College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80522 Re: Stone Ridge P.U.D., Third Filing - Preliminary Dear Ted, In reference to your December 23, 1993 staff comments, we offer the following responses: 1. O.K. 2. A note with this statement has been added to the Landscape Plans. 3. RBD is addressing this concern on their Utility Plans. 4. The sidewalk has been moved further away from the curb and a combination 15' Sidewalk and Utility easement has been created. 5. From the intersection of Kingsley and Fieldstone, the name has been changed to Creststone. 6. O.K. 7. O.K. 8. O.K., A note has been added to the Site Plan. 9. O.K., refer to Landscape Plans. The type of sod will be consistent with existing Phase I Development. 10. The area for bicycle parking is located on the southwest side of the pool building. 11. O.K., refer to Landscape Plans. 12. The pool building has been shifted away from Lot 10 and centered on the pool itself. The area is surrounded by a 6' high wrought iron fence, with the exception of the BBQ area which is enclosed by a 6' high solid brick wall. The details on the fences surrounding the pool area will be incorporated at time of final submittal. 14. The solar symbol will be added to the plat document. 15.
