Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
April 26, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Stoneridge Amended
Overall Development Plan, #21-92B and Stoneridge PUD, 2nd Filing - Preliminary
and Final, #21-92E.
The applicant is requesting to amend the Stoneridge Overall Development Plan to
modify the location of land uses and land use designations. The site is 92 acres
and located at the northwest corner of Horsetooth Road and County Road #9, zoned
r-1-p, Low Density Planned Residential.
The applicant is also requesting a 2nd filing of 43 single family lots on 16.96
acres, located on the south side of Horsetooth Road west of County Road #9, zoned
rlp, Low Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
