Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, June 2, 1992, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado,
the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold a public
hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision request known as Fries
Enterprises Building Minor Subdivision, #15-92.
This is a request for a minor plat to create a one lot subdivision
of 1.6 acres for the existing building at 1133-1137 Riverside. The
minor plat is being requested for Autobahn West Mercedes & BMW
Repair business, which is located at 1133 Riverside. There are no
building additions proposed with this request. This plat is being
processed and reviewed in accordance with City Ordinance 29-644.
The list of affected property owners for this public hearing is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Due
to the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, some property owners may not receive
this notice. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this
hearing so all may have the opportunity to attend.
