Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday May 7, 1992, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director of Planning
will hold an administrative review hearing to consider a minor
subdivision proposal in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Benzel Minor Subdivision, Case #20-90 and
consists of a proposal to subdivide a parcel of ground that has not
previously been subdivided. This property is located at 920 North
College Avenue. A change in use from the existing Connie's Drive -In
Restaurant to a beauty salon is being proposed on this property,
thereby requiring a legally subdivided and platted lot. This is not
a request to further subdivide into more than one lot. The property
is in the HB, Highway Business zoning district.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
