Dear Glen:
The Benzel Minor Subdivision plat is required because of a change of
use in the existing building. As I understand, the existing building and,.
driveway will be used and no additional hard surface will be constructed.
This property is located within the Dry Creek Flood Plain, and I have
noted that information on the subdivision plat. Attached are copies of the
FIRM and Gingery flood plain maps.
