Found #6 rebar in monument box. Corner Point position matched data from previous survey work in
area.
3. DESCRIPTION OF MONUMENT SET BY YOU TO PERPETUATE THE LOCATION OF THIS POINT:
Upgraded with a 3 A' diameter aluminum cap set on existing #6 rebar, stamped as per BLM
instructions and LUND 34995, 2013, in the asphalt surfaced roadway. Top of aluminum cap is 0.5' below
road grade.
