Response: Please see revised plans that respond to the L-Sheet redlines and reduce the new tree count.
12/31/2019: FOR FINAL APPROVAL - UPDATED:
Planning staff acknowledges that the ash trees will be removed as
recommended by City Forestry. Please plant the proposed Southwestern White
Pine in the location of the removed ash trees. The remaining tree should be
placed in front of the monopine in between the sidewalk and the proposed structure.
11/11/2019: FOR FINAL APPROVAL:
On sheet Al there are some inconsistencies with the Landscape Plan. Please
update table to reflect that no trees will be removed. Since the ash trees will
remain, please locate the three Southwestern White Pine trees in front of
existing ash trees - between the property line and the proposed facility. This will
require updates to Landscape and Site Plan.

Thank you for submitting the legal exhibits. They are still under review because
the City is unsure what Tract A is and what uses are established on it. I will
update the applicant on further steps for getting this easement dedicated.
11/06/2019: FOR FINAL APPROVAL -UNRESOLVED:
Please submit deeds and legal exhibits along with review fees for all
easements to be dedicated - the exhibits will be reviewed by City Staff prior to
approval. Deed templates and more information on the dedication process can
be found at: https://www.fcgov.com/engineering/devrev.php. Please note that the deeds need
to be certified by a Colorado attorney and that recording fees will be required at the time of recording.

Please review Forestry redlines and make the following changes. These
changes must be made in order for Forestry to sign off and approve the landscape plans.
- On sheet Al and ZD1.3 please update the plant list to show Kentucky
Coffeetrees as 2"caliper B&B. Canopy shade trees should not be listed in height form.
- On sheet A2 — edit the spelling of mitigated and add a note by the 15.5" Ash
that it is to be removed and mitigated.
Response: These items have been addressed.

Some redline comments from round 1 are yet to be addressed.

mitigation trees, which is okay, but I just want the applicant to be aware that only
