The Second Reading was scheduled for June 16, 1992 but this meeting was canceled by the City Council due to conflicts with the Colorado Municipal League statewide convention. Since consideration of the O.D.P. and the Preliminary P.U.D. will precede the Second Reading for annexation by nine days, the following condition is recommended .for both items: Stone Ridge O.D.P., #21-92B: Final approval of Stone Ridge Overall Development Plan, #21- 92B, is conditioned on passage on Second Reading by City Council for the Webster Farm, Second Annexation, Ordinance Number #65-92. Stone Ridge, First Filing, Preliminary P.U.D.: 1. Final approval of Stone Ridge First Filing, Preliminary P.U.D. is conditioned on ;passage on Second Reading by City Council for the Webster Farm, Second Annexation, Ordinance #65-92. Staff supports the condition based on the favorable readings on the Webster Farm Second Annexation by the Planning and Zoning Board on April 27, 1992, and by City Council on First Reading on June 2, 1992. The delay of the Second Reading by City Council was due to an unforseen circumstance and through no fault of the applicant. The annexation conforms to the plans and policies and agreements of made between the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County contained in the Intergovernmental Agreement for the Fort Collins Urban Growth Area. 281 North College Avenue • P.4 _,, 80 • Fort Collins, CO 80522-0,580 •.(303) 221-67 0
