RE:_ Stone Ridge Overall Development Plan
Stone Ridge P.U.D., First Filing, Preliminary

On Monday, June 29, 1992-1 at the continued meeting of the City of
Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board took the
following two actions regarding the above referenced projects:
1. The Board voted five to zero to approve Stone Ridge
Overall Development Plan, subject to the following
condition:
"Final approval of Stone Ridge Overall Development Plan is
conditioned on passage on Second Reading by City Council for
the Webster Farm, Second Annexation, Ordinance Number #65-92."
2. The Board voted five to zero to approve Stone Ridge
P.U.D., First Filing, Preliminary, with a variance for
relief from the absolute requirement that the average
residential density, on a gross acreage basis, be a
minimum of three dwelling units per acre. In addition,
a variance was granted from the strict requirement that
65% of the residential lots be oriented within 30 degrees
of a true east -west line.
Also, the item was approved subject to the condition of passage on
Second Reading by City Council for the Webster Farm, Second
Annexation, Ordinance #65-92.
