Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
June 22, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Stoneridge PUD -
Overall Development Plan, #21-92B and Stoneridge PUD, 1st Filing - Preliminary,
#21-92C.
The applicant is requesting a 92.0 acre Overall Development Plan with
approximately 299 residential units located at the northwest corner of Horsetooth
Road and County Road 9 (formerly known as The Webster Farm), zoned rlp, Low
Density Planned Residential.
The applicant is also requesting 68 dwelling units on 22.58 acres, located north
of Horsetooth Road at Caribou Drive and Kingsley Drive, zoned rlp, Low Density
Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
