centerline of the said Section 29; thence along the North line of the South i of the Southeast I of the said
Section 29, S 890 28' 52" E 2645.53 feet to a point on the East line of the said Southeast I; thence along the
said East line, S 00' 10' 52Y E 1325.55 feet to the Southeast corner of the said Section 29 and the True Point
of beginning, containing 92.097 acres and subject to all easements and rights -of -way now on record or indicated
on the attached plat.
