Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
April 27, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Webster Second
Annexation and Zoning.
The applicant is requesting to annex 91.04 acres, located at the northwest corner
of East Horsetooth Road and County Road 9. Proposed zoning is RLP, Low Density
Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
