DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 29,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows:
Considering the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
29 as bearing South 00045100" West from a aluminum cap at the
Northeast corner to a brass cap at the East Quarter corner of said
Section 29 and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 29; thence along
said East line, South 00045100" West, 1003.89 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said East line, South 00045100
"West, 55.48 feet; thence, South 77*29109" West, 127.11 feet to a
point on a curve concave to the Southeast having a central angle of
13049130", a radius of 213.00 feet and the chord of which bears
South 70*34124" West, 51.27 feet; thence along the arc of said
curve 51.39 feet to a point on the North line of Burns Ranch at
Quail Ridge Subdivision, First Filing; thence along said North line
South 88033103" West, 94.62 feet to a point on a curve concave to
the Southeast having a central angle of 32*34141" a radius of
267.00 feet and the chord of which bears North 61011148" East,
149.78 feet; thence along the arc of said curve 151.82 feet;
thence, North 77029109" East, 139.84 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

subject to all easements and rights -of -way now on record or
