RE: Little Caesar's P.U.D.
Request for Continuance
Dear Steve,
Please accept this letter as a request for Continuance on
the Final Approval of Lot 1 of Little Caesar's P.U.D. We
would like to continue our hearing with the Planning and
Zoning Commission from the August 24, 1992 meeting, as
originally scheduled, to the September 28, 1992 meeting
date.
In the interim time, we will provide an addendum to the
original traffic study, plan revisions, and will pursue the
Hiller R.O.W. acquisition as discussed in our meeting on
August 5, 1992.
With this continuance, it is our understanding that final
plan revisions will be due by September 2, 1992 and that
dedication of the Hiller R.O.W. along with all signatures on
the Final Plat will need to be accomplished no later than
September 21, 1992.
Should you have other comments or concerns regarding this
revised schedule for Final Approval, please feel free to
call.
