Clarification of Signage Dear Steve, This letter, along with the enclosed revised prints, is to clarify the total square footage of allowed and provided signage in regard to the above referenced P.U.D. By my calculations, the total street frontage for Lot 1 is as follows: 159 feet (along Horsetooth Rd.) 24 feet (along chord of 15' radius at corner) 175 feet (along Mitchell Drive; 96+60+19) 358 feet total street frontage of Lot 1 Therefore, the maximum allowable sign area for Lot 1 of this P.U.D. would be 358 square feet in lieu of 327 square feet as noted in item no. 8 of your letter dated May 22, 1992. The enclosed prints show that the total sign area provided for Lot 1 (Restaurant Site) may be summarized as follows: Building Mounted Signs - North "Little Caesars" Sign East & West "Little Caesars" West round logo sign East round logo sign West "Pizza!
