Presentation for the Administrative Hearing Best Buy, 4040 South College. Fort Collins, Colorado.
I am sending the enclosed documents to you directly for the administrative hearing, which is due to,
take place on or round about 5.18.00.
Following our discussions last week and your letter of May 1, 2000 the store is now to be regarded as
part of the shopping center.
We have advised Best Buy about the dedications on the replat of both parking lots and internal access
drives (now to be shown as "Public Access Easements").
I confirm that all the architectural upgrades, materials, color screening, pedestrian plaza and other
elements of the plans will remain to demonstrate functional integrity with the balance of the shopping
center.
Please let me know if you feel we need to send you more material for the hearing.
