Why were two pedestrian crossing... -There is not an existing sidewalk at the southeast corner of this intersection. Pedestrian connection to... -The current configuration works well as a directive of pedestrian traffic. The sidewalk/ramp if moved northerly would become north/south directed and would intersect the northerly drive at an angle that is not desirable. This design team desires the current design. If stormwater detention is the primary... -The existing parking lot is established within past and current design guidelines. The existing stall depth and drive aisle width meets current standards.
