Existing sidewalks acceptable on site... -Comment acknowledged.
Why were two pedestrian crossing... -There is not an existing sidewalk at the southeast corner of
this intersection.
Pedestrian connection to... -The current configuration works well as a directive of pedestrian
traffic. The sidewalk/ramp if moved northerly would become north/south directed and would
intersect the northerly drive at an angle that is not desirable. This design team desires the current
design.
Parking ratio per square... -Please refer to comments from MBH Architects.
If stormwater detention is the primary... -The existing parking lot is established within past and
current design guidelines. The existing stall depth and drive aisle width meets current standards.
Additional spar is not av ilable. for -re -striping. 19' parking spaces can not be re -striped into 2-
17 /parkir�spaces and all a pedestrian alThe 4' gained' used by vehicle overhang.
