CO (Expansion) Matter: Temporary Construction Easements Dear Mr. Shepard: VIA FAX: 970/416-2020 and FEDERAL EXPRESS Ph.:970/221-6341 Best Buy is currently in the process of obtaining two (2) temporary construction easements from the adjacent property owners, with one of the easements being located in the Fountainhead P.U.D. Phase 3 property and the other being located on the First Interstate Bank Drive-Thru Facility P.U.D. Best Buy is currently working to have the easements executed and at this time, does not anticipate any problems with having the easements executed by the adjacent property owners.
