Dear Mr. Klein:
On May 26, 2000, Mr. Ken Waido, Acting Planning Director, City of Fort Collins,
approved the project known as Best Buy Expansion, Major Amendment and Replat, #29-
92B.
This approval allows for Best Buy store at 4040 South College Avenue to expand by
adding on approximately 14, 248 square feet. In addition, a new parking lot featuring 80
parking spaces may be constructed on the northern portion of the site. The approval also
grants permission to construct a 960 square foot auto installation facility in a temporary
structure located in the future parking lot.
The parcel is zoned C, Commercial, which permits retail as an allowable land use.
