Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Re: Best Buy P.U.D. Dear Steve, VAUGHT FRYE architects Thank you for your comments on our final submittal of the Best Buy P.U.D. on South College Avenue. The following response corresponds numerically to the comments contained in your letter dated July 8, 1992. 1. The sign has been moved back 5' from the street right-of-way. 2. General Note II has been changed. 3. A General Note has been added with lighting information. 4. The awning will not be backlighted. 5. The intent is to allow the parking to overhang into the landscaped area on the south side and a 6' walk is provided adjacent to the parking on the north side. 6. This has been changed on the Site Plan. 7. The elevations have been modified to include landscaping on the north and east sides. 8. This has been addressed on the Landscape Plan. 9. This has been addressed on the Landscape Plan. 10.
