00029136: West 20.40 feet; thence North 89030124/1 East 267.00 feet;
thence South 00029136/1 East 291.50 feet; thence North 59013136/
West 446.62 feet to the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 286;
thence along said East line North 00006100/1 East 91.00 feet and
again along said east line, North 00044137 West 175.32 feet to the
true point of beginning. Said parcel contains 2.8454 acres more
or less.
