Dear Property Owner:
On Tuesday, May 12, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. at Blevins Junior High
School, located at 2101 South Taft Hill Road*, the staff of the
Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to
discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The applicant is proposing to develop 16 single family lots on
approximately 5 acres that is located at the northwest corner of
West Drake Road and Hampshire Drive. This property is zoned RP,
Planned Residential. The development is tentatively planned to be
named Hampshire Square II. The lots will be accessed off of one
local street connecting to Hampshire Drive. This local street, to
be approximately 500 feet in length, will terminate in a cul-de-sac
at the west end. No direct access to West Drake Road is proposed.
The First Free Methodist Church received preliminary approval in
1983 for a multi -use P.U.D. on this property that included a
church, daycare, offices, health club, and restaurant. This P.U.D.
has expired.
The applicant will be in attendance to present more information and
to answer questions that you might have regarding this proposal.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
neighborhood meeting is derived from official records at the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between
property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so that all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
