The proposed project is commonly known as Camera Corner Inc. PUD - Preliminary and Final, #34-92. The applicant is requesting to convert an existing in -home occupation (camera repair business) into a 1200 square foot camera service and sales business, located at 1110 West Prospect Road, zoned RL, Low Density Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
