Dear Glen:
RE: Hill Pond East Preliminary Drainage Report

F Z
In order to comply with some of the City's planning concerns, we are
currently revising the original preliminary street design by moving the north
street to abut against the existing bike trail. This requires us to
reconfigure the whole site. We are hoping to have the redesign completed
today.
Because of the redesign, we will not have the revised preliminary
drainage report completed today, June 29, 1992, as we originally indicated.
The revised subdivision will be designed to handle offsite flows from
Hill Pond and Thundering Townhomes from the west and historic flows from
the property to the south. All drainage will still be to Spring Creek.
The 100—year existing flood plain will be shown on the preliminary layout.
The existing wetlands on the west side of the property will remain and may
be used as a detention area from offsite flows.
If you have any questions regarding this site or need more information,
please let me know.
Sincerely,
Franklin D. Blake, P.E. & L.S.
