Dear John:
On August 10, 1992, at the continued hearing of the July 27, 1992
Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board meeting, the Planning and
Zoning Board voted 6 - 0 to approve Hill Pond East Subdivision,
Preliminary.
For your information, the Planning and Zoning Board directed the
City of Fort Collins Transportation Division to further analyze the
operation of the Shields/Hill Pond and Shields/Shire intersections.
This analysis is intended to go beyond the scope of the College
Park Student Apartments and Hill Pond Single Family Site Access
Study, prepared by Matthew J. Delich, September, 1991. The
Transportation Division is expected to address mitigation measures
to improve the operation of these two intersections.

Planning and Zoning Board hearing, please call our office to make
the necessary arrangements.
