RE: Perez Minor Subdivision (Pobre Pancho's)
DT: September 24, 1992
A minor subdivision request for the existing Pobre Pancho's
restaurant, 1802 N. College, was submitted to the Planning
Department in June of 1992, known as the Perez Minor Subdivision.
The need for this subdivision was as a result of a proposed
addition to the existing restaurant.

As part of the Minor Subdivision process, a sign was posted on the
property prior to August 17; legal notice was published in the
Coloradoan on August 15;-and notices were sent by first class mail
to all property owners (15) within 500 feet of the subject
property, with information provided about the scheduled public
hearing for the Minor Subdivision.
The public hearing was held at 1:30 p.m. on August 24, 1992 in the
Planning Department Conference Room. In attendance at this hearing
was Dick Rutherford (representing Frank Perez), Joe Frank
(Assistant Planning Director), Sam Brunswig (property owner of
Lamplighter Motel, 1809 N. College) and myself, as project planner.
Mr. Brunswig spoke in support of the proposed Minor Subdivision,
which was subsequently approved at this hearing by Mr. Frank.
