PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This is a request for Planning and Zoning Board approval of the
final landscape plan for the single family residence at 120 South
Sherwood Street.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The 424 West Oak P.U.D. was approved by the Planning and Zoning
Board on June 28, 1993 for residential uses and low intensity
professional offices, with one condition of approval stating that
a landscape plan for 120 South Sherwood Street be approved by the
Board prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.

1. Background•
The surrounding zoning and land uses are as follows:

The 424 West Oak P.U.D. was approved by the Planning and Zoning
Board on June 28, 1993 for residential uses and low intensity
professional offices, with one condition of approval stating that
a landscape plan for 120 South Sherwood Street be approved by the
Board prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
2. Landscaping•
The owners are proposing an extensive plant list of shrubs,
perennial flowers, and groundcovers that are suitable for partial
shade and are in the low or moderate categories for water
consumption.
