Dear Resident:
rvices
On Tuesday, July 28, 1992, at 1:30 P.M., in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue*, the Planning Director
will hold a public administrative hearing to consider the request
to convert the Avery Carriage House, 128 North Meldrum, to a non-
residential use.
The request is to convert the Avery Carriage House from a
residential structure to a structure containing meeting rooms,
offices, a bride's changing room, and a climate controlled storage
area for historic collections used in association with the Avery
House. The applicant for the use conversion is the Poudre Landmark
Foundation and the City of Fort Collins.
There are no plans to alter the exterior of the building. All
proposed changes are limited to interior remodeling only.
The list of affected property owners for this public administrative
hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County
Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our
office at 221-6750.
Sincerely,
Ted Shepard, AICP
Senior Planner
