MEMORANDUM

RE: Avery and Carriage House Property Consolidation
This memo documents my understanding of the above subject, and I trust you
concur.
Legal description consolidation of the Avery House located at 328 West Mountain
and the Carriage House located at 108 North Meldrum shall remain R-H zoning,
and be classified as a meeting place and a place for public assembly as per
Section 29-202 (7) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins.
The complying condition shall be providing one (1) parking space`) This shall
be accomplished in the Block 31 parking lot where the Carriage House personnel
shall park and walk to and from the Avery/Carriage House. Per Rita Davis,
Parking/Bikeways Manager, ample parking space is available to accomplish this.
