We are owners of two units (935B and 933B, Prospect) and wish to register our concern over the commercial
use of the property at 921 E Prospect Road (Project #43-92A). We strongly object to such activity in a
residential neighborhood and believe that the City has adequate space set aside for this in various industrial
developments. We believe that this type of business will increase traffic in a congested area, create additional
noise and inevitably reduce the value of the adjacent property.
