Dear Mr. Shephard:
In response to your letter of 8\15\94 concerning "Nico's Restoration Shop and
The Alpha Center for Women's Office" planned for 921 East Prospect Road, we
would like to add our letter of support for these two businesses to locate as
planned.
As residents, we see no reason not to allow the location of these two
businesses to open shop and afford their services to the citizens of Fort
Collins. In fact, being on Prospect Road, the location seems to be ideal both
for the businesses and the prospective customers. Central location, easy to
find, off-street parking, close to other businesses are just a few reasons to
grant their request. Especially since that strip of land has several adjacent
businesses, they will fit right in and provide us with additional services.
Lastly, small businesses are the heart of the American economy and the
American entrepreneurial spirit.
Thank you for this opportunity to voice our support for this project. We look
forward to the businesses opening their doors in our neighborhood.
