The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
November 16, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Phillips Annexation
and Zoning, #47-92,A.
The applicant is requesting to annex and zone a 1.7284 acre parcel located west
of I-25 and north of Prospect. Requested zoning is HB, Highway Business, with
a PUD condition.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
