Dear Kirsten,
This is a weekly "Status Sheet" on my project which I have put together for my
Consultants. I thought it may be beneficial for you as well. If not, then you have
some extra scrap paper; however, if there is anything which you feel I may have
missed or need to focus on more specifically, please let me know.
Also, I left you a voice mail message'regarding tonight's Annexation Hearing.
Please leave me a message regarding those issues (I will be in meetings most of the
afternoon).

CITY: Conceptual Review completed 8/9/93. Annexation petition submitted
8/6/93. Neighborhood Meeting completed 9/1 /93. Preliminary Design Review
Submittal submitted 9/7193. Anticipate Preliminary P&Z Hearing on October 25,
1993. Comments from Neighborhood Meeting received 9/17/93. Annexation
Hearing (TONIGHT) 9/27193. Awaiting comments from. Prelim. Review.
PLANNING: (JiM SELL DESIGN, INC.) Submitted preliminary review on 9/7/93.
Waiting on comments from all consultants, City, and Owner in order to revise
submittal. Needs copy of Wetlands Survey submittal as well as Traffic Study. Kay
to send Matt Delich latest revised plan. Should have received Soils Report on
9/23/93.
ENGINEERING: (SHEAR ENGINEERING) Submitted preliminary design criteria on
9/7/93. Waiting on comments from City and revised Traffic report in order to
proceed with design work. Currently working on improvement cost estimate.
TRANSPORTATION: (MATT DELICH, P.E.) In lieu of completed report, preliminary
submittal included only "old" report for "Wuerker PUD - 15 acres". We included a
note stating our intention to submit an updated report within the next couple of
weeks. Matt should have received the latest revised plan from Planner. Proposed
start date is 9/27/93 (today) for final traffic study.
WETLANDS: (TED BOSS ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS) Wetlands were
delineated 8/13/93 and revised 8/16/93. Stewart and Associates surveyed the site
on 8/20/93. The final report was submitted to the City on 9/15/93. We need to
discuss a mitigation plan for those areas in which we will disturb. FCP awaiting
status from Ted Boss.
SOILS: (EMPIRE LABS) Revised preliminary report was complete 9/22193. Copies
were sent to Sell Design and Shear Engineering.
MISC.: 1) Based on the neighbors concerns, Dr. Wuerker and myself will meet with
Jim Robbins Sr. to discuss the canal issues, and how to design for them. We have

MISC.: 1) Based on the. _,ighbors concerns, Dr. Wuerker a,.. myself will meet with

tried for two weeks but have been unsuccessful to set up a date. 2) 1 will begin
negotiations with the Water District regarding the 12" line this week. 3) Fire Chief
will "endorse" our plan as it now stands only for the phase one portion of the
project. We will need to figure alternative access for the balance of the property.
4) Solis and groundwater are MAJOR issuesi Need to focus on permanent
mitigation for these problems in order to limit liability!
