Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday,
December 16, 1993, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Fossil Creek Estates PUD
- Preliminary, #6
50-IV-P
The applicant is requesting 131 single family lots on 42.6 acres located one mile
south of Harmony Road, on the west side of Shields Street and zoned RLP, Low
Density Planned Residential.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
have questions or require further information about this item, please feel free
