The proposed project is commonly known as Fossil Creek Estates PUD - Preliminary, #6 50-IV-P The applicant is requesting 131 single family lots on 42.6 acres located one mile south of Harmony Road, on the west side of Shields Street and zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential.
