Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Fossil Creek Estates Dear Tom: As we discussed on the phone recently, I would be glad to meet with you, a Planning Department member(s), and an ad hoc homeowners group to discuss issues of concern surrounding my project. I believe those homeowners will agree that I have lalways-made an effort -to discuss their concerns whenever feasible. I am writing this as a follow-up to our conversation for two reasons. First, to let you know that;l)WIl' ake myself available at anytime, so long as you give me twenty- four ho"urs'notice;;and, secondly, to express a condition that this meeting take place prior to the scheduled appeal hearing of February 1, 1994. 1 must maintain this date due to the fact that I have been severely delayed over the past several months throughout this process.- I realize that this does not leave us with much time, but if all intentions are sincere, we can get it done. I appreciate your efforts and will look forward to some direction from you as far as how to proceed from here.
