RE: Petition to Remove Property from T-Transition Zone
Dear Ms. Krajicek:
In accordance with Section 29-423 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins, please consider this letter as a petition to remove
the Fossil Creek Estates PUD, Phases II and III, from its current
T-Transition zoning to the RLP-Low Density Planned Residential
District. A copy of the legal description for this property is
attached as Exhibit "A".
I would request, per the above -referenced Code section, that
this petition be referred to the Planning and Zoning Board and
scheduled at its next regular meeting on January 24, 1994, which is
at least 15 days from the date of filing of this petition.
