The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 24, 1994, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Fossil Creek Estates
Rezoning - #50-92E.
The applicant is requesting to rezone from T-Transition to rlp, Low Density
Planned Residential, a 31 acre parcel, located approximately one mile south of
Harmony Road and one -quarter mile west of Shields Street.
