C.WHERE ROOTS 2" IN DIAMETER OR LARGER MUST BE CUT DUE TO EXTENSIVE GRADE CHANGES, THOSE ROOTS MUST BE EXPOSED BY HAND DIGGING AND CUT CLEANLY.
