Box 1518 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: Case Number: PDP230011 – Front Range Storage Parcel Number: 8703000005 Dear Mr. Richardson, On behalf of the applicant for the proposed Front Range Storage development, this letter serves as formal acknowledgment that the property located at 1312 NE Frontage Road (Parcel #8703000005) lies outside the current feasible sanitary sewer service area of Boxelder Sanitation District. Accordingly, we understand and accept that Boxelder Sanitation District will not provide sanitary sewer service for this development. The project team will proceed with planning and design under the assumption that alternative wastewater management solutions will be required.
