To begin plan review services, the appropriate fees/deposits must be received prior to any plans
being reviewed. The Application is composed of an Administration Review Flat Fee, a Lot/Unit
Review Fee, and a Sewer Line Design Review Fee/Deposit. See the table below for detailed
costs and charges.
Based on information provided in the project application, a development review fee of $510 has
been calculated. To avoid any delays in the development review and approval process, please
remit payment to Boxelder Sanitation District.
