Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed the proposed project identified as:

Comments:
1) Development review fees are required for this project. See attached letter and remit
payment to Boxelder Sanitation District.
2) Applicant shall fill out and return the attached pretreatment questionnaire.
3) Provide pipe size for proposed sanitary service line.
4) Provide design for existing manhole connection.
5) Provide specifications for proposed 12,000-gallon grease trap.
