published in the city of Fort Collins, Larimer County, State of
Colorado, and personal knowledge of the facts herein state and

created a Vested Property Right upon the following described land:

was a Final Development Plan request for the development of a 52,000
square foot structure with anticipated light industrial, office, and research
& development uses, along with site improvements at parcel #8604000003.
This site is located south of Precision Dr, west of Technology Pkwy, and
north of Rock Creek Dr, with proposed access taken from Technology Pkwy
to the east, Precision Dr to the north, and Rock Creek Dr to the south. The
proposal includes 155 on-site parking spaces. This site is within the
Harmony Corridor (HC) zone district.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
FIFTY FORTY-ONE TECHNOLOGY PARKWAY - BEING LOCATED WITHIN THE
NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 68
WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COUNTY
OF LARIMER, STATE OF COLORADO.
