Re: Canyon Place – Second Filing
Project Narrative
Canyon Place - Second Filing is a Minor Subdivision (replat) of Lot 1, Canyon Place. A legal lot line will be platted in place of
the "imaginary property line" utilized with the building permit for Canyon Place Office Building in 2013. The new
subdivision results in two lots, one for each existing building, at 318 Canyon Ave. and 331 S. Meldrum St., respectively.
