IF NO ACTIVE NESTS EXIST ON THE PROJECT SITE, TREE MITIGATION PLANS MAY BE EXECUTED WITH THE ISSUANCE OF A DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION PERMIT. IF ACTIVE NESTS ARE FOUND, STOP WORK AND COORDINATE WITH RELEVANT STATE AND FEDERAL REPRESENTATIVES TO DETERMINE WHETHER ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON TREE REMOVAL AND CONSTRUCTION APPLY.
