Temporary Offsite Construction Easement | Touchmark Fort Collins

The purpose of this narrative is to provide an update on the temporary offsite construction
easement needed to facilitate construction of the trail segment located on the southeast
portion of the property. The Morningside Village HOA has been in active correspondence
with Touchmark regarding coordination of this easement. In recent communications, the
HOA expressed a willingness to work together with Touchmark to establish a temporary
construction access easement. The terms of the agreement are currently under negotiation
between the parties, and the City will be kept informed as discussions progress and will be
notified once a formal agreement is finalized.
