Re: Preliminary Plot Plan
The Landings PUD
Gentlemen:
We have examined the above captioned plot plan and find that,
at this time, Western has no facilities on the land to be plotted.
Western does, however, operate and maintain an 8" high-pressure
gas transmission pipeline along Horsetooth Road to the north of the
proposed development. If any conflicts arise between the pipeline
and the development, the developer is requested to coordinate with
Mr. Jack Bevan, Superintendent of Western's Eastern Division (Campion) .
