fee before the Board . I trust that you will find the
application in proper form . If not , please feel free to
contact me and additions or dilutions will be made as

As you indicated in our last telephone conversation,
we would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you
prior to the March 7 P & Z meeting . It is my understanding
that such a meeting can be arranged durinq the latter part
of this week . If possible , we would like to have
Mr . Brunton included in our discussion with you . I
will look forward to hearing from you by telephone on
Wednesday of this week .
