property(RIDGEWOOD HIL1S REZONE- FILE#4-0I.)on the North side ofthe child

departing from this facility daily. If the above mentioned pmpert-is conned as an"L-M-N
District.Low Da¢ut Mixed-Use",it could allow for businesses in be built which dimcdv
conflict with the inreret¢of children amending Ridgewood Day School. With the mires of
businesses dux may be built on property cored L-M-N,and the entrance we would share.
mall¢would be likely an increase immensely,dirsty influencing the udim of children
attending Ridgewood Dav School.
ft is doubuhd that a child care facility would have been built in the location that it has,had the
propetm been tuned L-M-N. It seems odd that Meodv Homes would use one child care
facility as a selling panic foe the subdivision,then propose dui the pmperry next to it be
tanned as commercial property for businesses that conflict with children and dwir safety.
We understand that if the property remains tuned as"R-L",Melody Humes is unable to sell
this property for commercial purposes.and could pose as a Grancial burden for than. This o
untorumate from a financial perspective for Melody Homrs:however, children's safety should
not be compromised for dw financial benefit of Melody Hones or soy other company.
